Askari seems to get well with Moses,a prisoner who was a university lecturer.He says ".......you need a tall relative to get anything these days.."This suggests that those without relatives in the right places may not get the services they want.
In conclusion,Favoritism and nepotism are evident in Kafira and these ills lead to the suffering of the people.
