A body of mass 5 kg is ejected vertically from the ground when a force of 600N acts on it for 0.1s. Calculate the velocity with which the body leaves the ground.

Force upward = 600N, Force downward = 50N (wt).

Therefore Net force = 550N upwards.

F= ma = m(v-u)/t = m (v)/t

since u= 0

550 = (50 x v)/0.1

V = 11m/s
