1. Education prepares people for work. i.e. its through education that people develop knowledge ,skills attitudes that are conductive to the world of work.
2. Education and training can enhance work performance, which in turn leads to increased productivity and production. This is assumption that links education to productivity to investments.
3. Education can be used to certify workers for membership, that is education leads people into various occupations.
4. There is a relationship between education training and work force requirements.
