The earliest man was Aegyptopithecus who evolved to Dryopithecus/proconsul he later evolved to Kenyapithecus/Ramapithecus then evolved to Homo habilis to Homo erectus from there to homo sapiens and finally to homo sapiens sapiens who is the modern man. That is a brief history on how man evolved and this theory is known as the evolution theory.
