Decision making process should be open to allow employees to also contribute or guide the direction of the company. Once the leadership of the company has chosen a certain direction, the employees should be allowed to give feedback.
Communication- Encourage face to face communication as one will be able to see the other person’s facial expressions and body language, unlike the case of electronic communication.
The leadership of the company should read from the same page e.g. by establishing a clear set of values that are aligned across the entire company so that the company has a way forward.
By hiring the right employees. Those who are honest.
Equality of employees – Treat all the employees by making sure that no one is above the rules of the company. No one should bend the company policies.
Opening the financials to the public to help in building trust with the people who interacts with the company e.g. company clients and employees.
Opening the door – This is good as employees will see you as accessible and willing to talk.
