1.To discourage any breach of the peace or civil commotion by union members
2.The union shall discourage practices such as: negligence of duty, careless operations, damage of property, interference with or disturbance to normal work, insubordination or use of abusive language.
3.Respective the provisions of ILO convention – the right to organize and collective bargaining.
4.To display the provisions of the charter and ensure members know the contents of the charter.
5.To maintain at all times a high degree of union membership in the enterprises.
