Since we all interact with outside organisations it helps to understand how they work and how the people in them make decisions. Such knowledge may give one some defensive skills that one can use in dealing with organisations from the outside, as a customer or as an investor.

Studying management enables u to understand the pressures. Managers deal with and how they best respond to us since most of us work under managers and supervisors..
3.We understand how to interact with co-workers the kind of management policies in place can affect how our co-workers behave.
4.Studying management can give us the understanding of teams and team-worker, cultural differences, conflict and stress and negotiation as well as communication skills that will help us get along with fellow employees.
5.One understands how to mange oneself at the workplace. Management courses in general give us the opportunity to realise insights about ourself-personality, emotions, values, perceptions, needs and goals. We are able to build our skills in areas such as self-management, listening, handling, change, managing stress, avoiding group think and coping with organisational politics.
