(i) Racism, which leads to people discriminating against others.

(ii) People belonging to a particular religion or denomination may not be willing to help people of other faiths.

(iii) Sexism may make men be unwilling to share power with women.

(iv) Age factor may contribute to not sharing responsibility with the youth.

(v) The educated have no regard for the uneducated whom they view as ignorant.

(vi) Opposition from the rich who may not be willing to share their wealth.

(vii) Opposition from those in authority who may not be willing to share the power.

(viii) Bribery and corruption resulting in exploitation of the poor.

(ix) People belonging to a political party are not willing to share power and resources with those belonging to different political parties.

(x) Tribalism which makes people to favour their own in distribution of resources, jobs and power.
