-When there is fullness of life in individuals there is a corresponding degree of the same in society.

-Development of personal qualities in turn makes individuals appreciate others and become more valuable to others
Individuality cultivates criticality, creativity and innovation, hence may help to;-

-Prescribe new ways of doing things
-Set new precedents e.g. in values
-Make discoveries that may uplift society
-May discover new truths and correct society

-Society that silences critical voices therefore undermines its own good as moderate or average men are unlikely to do anything unusual
