A behavioral objective describes a measurable outcome for a task in terms of observable behavior expected of student after instruction.

Behavioral objectives contains three parts
i) The behavior
ii) The condition
iii) The criterion.

Each of these gives specific information; so that, if another instructor reads the objectives he or she would know and could measure the behavior without having any additional information.
The behavior describes what the learners are going to do; this must be observable.

The condition, describes how or when the learner will perform the behavior
