4. Corruption - This creates suspicion and disorder.

5. Party Membership - This can be used as a basis for discrimination against the opposition.

6. Political Ideologies - People with different political views and leanings may be discriminated against.

7. Religious Conflicts - These can occur due to religious intolerance among religions.

8. Tribalism - Tribalism is mainly practiced in employment and admission to schools and other institutions of higher learning.
