(ii) Unfair competition where it may be too high for new entrepreneur.

(iii) Inadequate man power to operate/ run the business effectively.

(iv) Inadequate capital/ funds to sustain or expand due to lack of collateral to meet the running cost.

(v) Inadequate skills/ poor management to enable one to operate the business properly.

(vi) Unfriendly/ poor government policies such as high taxes which are expansion of the business.

(vii) Poor infrastructure/ poor roads may hinder access to inputs and markets.

(viii) Poor prices which might make the product to be too expensive to attract buyers or too cheap to sustain the business.

(ix) Inappropriate technology which may result in less quality or poor quality products.
