Method:
-Sieve the icing sugar in a dry clean mixing bowl
-Make a well in the centre
-Add half of the water and mix with a wooden spoon from the centre outward into a smooth consistency. Add the remaining water.
-Add flavoring and colouring essences.
-Cover with a damp cloth for a few minutes to let air bubbles bust before use
-Use immediately as it dries quickly and forms a brittle crust
