(i) The parents are able to plan, in order to use/ distribute their resources in a better way.
(ii) There is less pressure for the parents in bringing up the children hence less stress and responsibilities.
(iii) Women need enough resting time between pregnancy to regain energy and the lost blood before the next pregnancy.
(iv) It allows every baby to be breastfed along enough to protect it from infections and promote growth.
(v) Each child gets enough attention, love, food and clothing for better health.
