Following the agrarian revolution in Britain, agriculture in the USA developed due to the influence from Britain and other local factors. Farm mechanization: in Britain, the seed drill, horse drawn hoe and mechanical thresher all which were inventions of the eighteenth century played a key role in the agrarian revolution.
