1. High population growth-the high level of population propagation where youths form the larger part leads to more youths seeking for employment than the available job opportunities.
-this can be curbed by educating people on the need and importance of family planning.
2.Education system- the education system as made youths to create a notion that after school they need office jobs which are highly limited.
-the government should create a system which encourages youths to transform talent, creativity and innovation to create employment opportunities in the economy.
3.Advance in technology-improved technology has replaced many employees on work initially done manually this has lead to less job opportunities.
- youths should be encouraged to study on emerging technological causes to earn employment in future and to embrace talent and skills that can not be computerized.The government can also control heavy reliance technology to create employment opportunities.
4.Changes in season - demand for some products and services are do change from season to season such the need for heavy clothing during the cold seasons as well us the possibility of production in farming during given seasons these leads to unemployment to youths during unfavourable seasons.
-youths should be encouraged to diversify they businesses and have a portfolio of them to reduce the risk of being unemployed in some seasons
5.Global economic crisis- recently there has been a world wide economic degradation and this has left many youths unemployed as countries are not trading well enough like before.
-the government can create domestic industries and offer subsidies to enable youths to get employment and start business as well .
