Let Dida's age be y.
His brother's age will be 1/3 y
and dida's son's age will be 1/4 y

In twelve years time,
Dida's age will be (y+8) years.
His brother's age will be (1/3 y +8)
and dida's son's age will be (1/4 y +8)

(y+8) - 12 = [(1/3y +8) + (1/4 y +8)]

y - 4 = (7/12 y +16)

y - 7/12 y = 16+4

5/12 y = 20

y= 20 x 12/5
= 48.
Dida is 48 years now.
