(ii) In case of war it should not kill women, children and the aged.

(iii) An Islamic nation should not wage war or attack on another Islamic nation for selfish gains.

(iv) An Islamic nation should allow travel visas for citizens from other countries.

(v) It should co-operate with other nations in terms of trade and infrastructural development.

(vi) It should observe peace at peace time and during war it should exercise just retaliation.

(vii) Respect sovereignty of other states.
