A lamp shade is in the form of an open – ended frustum of a cone. Its bottom and top diameters are 14cm and 7cm respectively. Its height is 10cm.

(a) Find
(i) the height of the cone from which the frustum was cut.

(b) The material used for making the lamp shade is sold at sh. 800 per square metre. Find the cost of ten lampshades if a lampshade is sold at twice the cost of the material.
