N + (-2 x 2) = 0 S + (-2 x 3) = N + (-2) = 0
S + (-2 x 4) = 4) N = 4 S = +6 N = +2
S = +4

O.N of S increased from +4 to +6 – Oxidation
O.N of N decreased from +4 to +2 – Reduction
