The governor abuses his office openly.He's known to be a very rich man-"...as rich as Croesus",with so many horses in his stable,and so much prosperity.Yet there are hundred of starving beggars and children.It turns out that he uses the state's resources for his own family use.For example,his baby,baby Michael has two doctors on his side and that his wife Natella Abashwili wears expensive clothes.
