ii. Job market /opportunities are over limited on line of career one wishes to be

iv. Work is competitive commodity forcing people to engage in corruption to get or maintain it

v. Work is divided into different levels hence each workers expects/wants to move to a higher level

vi. Work is impersonated hence the worker is not known by name but by a certain number and department of work

vii. Personal fulfillment /satisfaction/enjoyment in doing work is gone making people to despise or ignore certain works

viii. People work for personal gains and develop in order to meet prestigious property/get rich

ix. Work is a commodity for sale hence people prefer highest paying jobs /hence keeps shifting from one to another
