a) Precautions to take to avoid infections

Needed:
-Two laundered sheets
-Two clean blankets
-Pillow and pillow case
-A clean bed cover.
Method
-Turn the mattress so that it wears evenly
-Spread the under blanket right side up
-Place under sheet right side up and tuck all round making mitres at all four corners.
-Spread the top blanket wrong side up to reach just short of the top sheet.
-Make a fold at the centre and the lower end of the bed to allow room for the feet
-Fold the top sheet and top blanket together down the width of pillow to be used.
-Tuck in the sides and nutre the foot of the bed.
-Put pillow in pillow case and place on bed at its place
-Spread the bedcover over all the bedding, balancing the spread.
