If 2/5 are women. Then
1 - 2/5 = 3/5 are men and children
The fraction of children is
3/5 ×3/5 = 9/25
The fraction of men is
1 - (9/25 + 2/5) = 6/25
The number of men is
6/25 × 10000 = 2400
