for the crucible with copper metal there will be an increase in mass.copper react with oxygen to form an oxide (copper (ii) oxide)
for the crucible with copper(ii)nitrate there will be a decrease in mass as copper(ii)nitrate dissociate to form copper(ii) oxide and a nitrogen(IV)oxide gas which escapes in air.
