Y = 2x + 7 -------------equation 1
If two lines are perpendicular to each other, the product of their gradient is -1.
That is m1m2 = -1 where m1 is the gradient of line 1 and m2 the gradient of line 2.
From equation 1 m1 =2
m1m2 = -1
m2 = -1/2
the equation of the perpendicular line is then
((y-3))/((x-2)) = (-1)/2
(y-3) = (-1)/2 (x-2)
Y = (-1)/2 x + 4
