-It is the best type of capacity building because it makes best use of SWOT analysis which focuses on the strength, weakness, opportunity facing an organization or a community.

2. Financial management
-Is the process by which various resources of an organization are brought together in purposely manner for attainment of a given goal or set of goals.
-Financial resources include physical items such as building, land, motor vehicle, furniture etc.
-They also include resources that are not physical like the amount of money an individual have as well as those in bank.
-Financial management capacity building enable community members to make use of available resources in most effective way.

3. Human resource management
-It the most important element in building any successful organization.
-It involves managing people so that the goals of an organization are realized.
