This refers to the way an organization adapts to opportunities and challenges of its environment renewal process are concerned with the ability of the organization technical and human resources of organizational behavior.

This refers to a shared examination and management of organizations culture and not a traditional management structure with orders imposed through a hierarchy of levels.
