Criteria conditions facing managers today are;
i. Managers must make decisions that are complete
ii. Communication in an organizations is usually not clear and misleading
iii. Individual differences undermines clear and smooth organization programs
iv. Top administrations often rejects innovation ideas because they are a threat to philosophies or practices adhered to for years.
The future management should be having the following qualities;
1. Planning and decision making- Will be demanding because of the frequent and intensity of the changes that the managers will be confronting.
2. Organizing- The future managers will have to utilize multiple and changing design to achieve the organizational goals.
3. Controlling- The future managers will be confronted by the need to evaluate the cost and benefits of each controls also will have to be more efficient and effective to achieve good performance.
4. Directing- There’s no best way to direct or to communicate’ future managers must be trained in flexibility to fit each situation.

2. Trends in organizational culture
It is difficult to distinguish an individual from his cultural context. It’s important for managers who wish to benefit from favorable relationship with people of different characters.
Future managers will need to be sensitive to the fact that people see and do things differently. Present and future managers have to learn to be culturally sensitive starting with respect of one’s language.

3. Emerging technology
-Technology is utilization of materials and resources available to transform input and output.
-Understanding technology requires skills which shall foster by capacity building, mobility and fresh attitude.
-Capacity building focus of improvement of individuals towards these skills technology affects:
• Content of division of labor.
• Community structures
• Nature of community activity.
• Community training needs
• Community members job satisfaction and attitude towards work
The community resists the new technology because of the influence impact capacity building will provide a co-ordination between the two .i.e. technology and community integrated activity.

4. Trends in training
-Training makes the basis for capacity building .i.e. (which is a hard task)
-Groups for training are mixed according to gender and education.
-Development workers demand to improve their skills of training.
-They will employ new training techniques to make training interactive.
-Training shall involve the use of technology as initiated by capacity building.

5. Trends in community members
-Capacity building will help improve the ability in ken and skills for the community.
-Communities need to be given ability to plan their own development as it is aimed at helping them / changes be made and carried by the beneficiaries (community members)
-Using bottom – top strategies strengthens community activities as opposed to top-down approach .i.e. change agencies must not make decisions for communities but decisions to come from communities themselves (bottom-top makes people work for what they want). Top –bottom makes the community members to resist strategies that rejects or
