Consumer price index (CP1) = P1/P0 x 100
(i) = 675/450 x 100 = 150%
(ii) The price of commodity ‘x’ in 2014 is 150% it’s price in 2010. Which indicates that the price of
this
commodity rose by 50% since 2010.
