7. Learners expect the head teachers to lessen the curriculum demands, ensure proper teaching by teachers etc.
8.The Ministry of Education officials demands efficient utilization of the resources for effective delivery of the education service at school level etc.
9.School administration and management is thus a complex and challenging undertaking owing to the nature of interactions and relationships of various stakeholders who have varied interests in delivery of the education services.
10.The Principal has a responsibility of harnessing available resources for optimum goal achievement.
