State four types of decisions made by managers in an organization

Answers

Faith
1.Status quo decisions
Here the administration/manager decides to do nothing. He/she decides to leave the situation the way it is.
2.Defer decisions
The manager decides not to do anything at that particular moment. To defer is to make no decisions YET managers defer decisions due to lack of sufficient information or the decision is out as pressing at that time etc.

3.New Course decisions
The manager makes new major changes if the current programme is not working.
NB these type of decisions are rarely made in organizations such as schools because they are generally conservative.

4.Complex decisions
How can theoretical purity be achieved in matters involving a number of interrelated issues because solving one issue could lead to other problems or an approach to one issue may be radically different form the other.
