1. It Improves Motivation and Morale: Through dynamic leadership managers can improve motivation and morale of their subordinates. A good leader influences the behaviour of an individual in such a manner that he voluntarily works towards the achievement of enterprise goals.

2. It Facilitates change: Leadership is the mechanism to convince people about the need for change. Dynamic leadership is the key to organization change and development thus a leader is a vital element in the process of change.

3. It Provides the Basis for Co-operation: Effective leadership increases the understanding between the subordinates and the management and promotes co-operation among them.

4. Promotes coordination; leadership helps to unify individual efforts. Leadership is the cohesive force which holds the group intact, the force that transforms chaos into order that keeps the group working towards the goal. A good leader fosters mutual understanding and team spirit among his followers.

5. Creating confidence- Confidence is an important factor which can be achieved through expressing the work efforts to the subordinates, explaining them clearly their role and giving them guidelines to achieve the goals effectively. It is also important to hear the employees with regards to their complaints and problems

6. Initiates action- Leader is a person who starts the work by communicating the policies and plans to the subordinates from where the work actually starts.

7. Providing guidance- A leader has to not only supervise but also play a guiding role for the subordinates. Guidance here means instructing the subordinates the way they have to perform their work effectively and efficiently.
