i.AT THE HEAD TEACHERS OFFICE

Should be used to record punishment given. The person giving the punishment, the name, age of the student, offence and punishment given are recorded.

Advises students with difficulties in their social/academic life by providing information and necessary support on the correct course(s) to follow.

6.Cateress/Matron
Matron works hand-in-hand with the house teacher, to guarantee cleanliness, and order in the hostels.
The cateress is expected to prepare and serve students with proper meals.

7.Games Master
Organizes sports/games in and out of school
Maintenance of sports grounds.
Ensures proper training in games and sports
Provision of sports equipment

8.Clubs/Societies Patrons
Guide students in various clubs and societies conducted in school.
They link students to the outside world of social activities e.g. religious, philosophical, social etc..

9.Prefects
Act as a link between the administration and the students
Assists the staff with the general discipline of students
Represents students

iii. THROUGH RULES AND REGULATIONS

Every school must have a set of rules. School rules normally, drawn by the BOG or head teacher with the help of staff members.

A good school rule should:
-Have a purpose which is clear to all affected
-Be possible to enforce
-Be beneficial to all affected
-Be short and simple.

It is important that school rules are displayed in every classroom in the staffroom, and on notice boards.
Once a term, the head teacher should read the school rules to a all full school assembly.
School rules and regulations are intended to maintain discipline in the school.
