-Table Service
This is the service of beverages at the customer’s dining table. The customer’s order for beverage is taken at the table. The beverage is usually collected from the side of the bar or from a dispense bar which is out of site for the customer.

-Bar Service
Customers may sit on stools or chairs at the counter or bar and may be served directly by the bar staff or sit at individual tables within the bar area and be served by waiting staff who collect drinks from the bar for customers.

-Self Service
This is a method in which consumers collect their own beverages from the counter or machine other than a waiter serving beverages to the customer at the table.

-Take Away Service
Beverages are usually served t the customer with the food ordered. When the customer order has been prepared, the food and beverage items are packaged and handed to the customer.

-Room and Lounge Service
Required beverages are ordered from room or floor service and drinks taken to the room. Payments may be made directly to the waiter or debited to the customers service account
