(a) Having the correct age of the parents i.e. age 18-35 years are the safe ages
for the first child to be born. When too young the parent has not developed fully physically, mentally and economically and when over 35 years the parent are old and weak therefore the baby is likely to be abnormal.
(b) Presence of serious illness like HIV/AIDS interferes with her mental health and therefore need a lot of support and counseling.
