a) By the donor or attorney expressly revoking the power.
b) Upon operation of law e.g., upon death, mental incapacity or bankruptcy of either
the donor or attorney. (Bankruptcy the attorney does not in fact determine the
power, but makes it advisable for the donor to expressly revoke the power).
c) By implication e.g., where the circumstances leading to the giving of the power
are no longer applicable „return from abroad „; where new power is executed in
favour of the same or another attorney; where after a period of time the donor
recommences operation of the account.
d) Upon completion of the purpose for which it was given.
