Volume of the cylinder = pr^2h
Volume of the metal = volume of the whole tube –volume of the bore
= (22/7 x60.5/1000 x60.5/1000 x 7) – (22/7 x 50/1000 x50/1000 x 7)
=0.085255 – 0.055
=0.0255255m^3
