a) Presence of the Human Component:
The school classroom consists of two main players: the teacher and the learner. The teacher plays the role of an instructor, evaluator, disciplinarian, group leader, mediator, advisor and parent surrogate (Kombo and Waiyaki, 2002). The learners (pupils or students) constitute a peer group. This helps them to develop a sense of belonging, identity and solidarity. These feelings are essential for the stability and cohesiveness of the entire school. It is important for school administrators and teachers to be aware of how these components interact and the effect of their communication on education and the school community as a whole.

b) The Social Relationships and outcome in the Classroom.
Robertson (1966) points out that all relationships are characterized by other dimensions:
• Influence. This is where individuals relate to one another as sources of power and influence. Their relative statuses and robs affect the way they treat one another.
• Integration. Hero, individuals relate to one another as sources of resources that need to be shared.
• Intimacy. Individuals here relate to one another as sources of personal satisfaction.
