-Decide which drive, such as the usb flash drive, hard drive or a CD drive the folder is to be store.
-click on the start menu
-Double click the storage media your wish to store the folder.
-Select a folder such as document and double click it.
-While pointing to the right pane , right click and choose ''new'' then ''folder'' from the shortcut menu to create folder within the destination.
-Give a correct name for the folder and press enter.
-Click the document the client wants to save.
-On the top left of the document, click file> save as>
-On the dialog box created, click on the folder you created and select 'save'.
