3.Human activities such as land cultivation affects mass movement as areas which are oftenly cultivated tend to experience higher rates of mass movement compared to uncultivated land.
4.The angle of slope: if a region has a steep slope mass movement tends to be in higher rates compared to flat land.
5.Vegetation cover: If land contains good vegetation cover mass movement will tend to be lower compared to land which doesn't contain vegetation.
