This is
the program evaluation, and review technique is one of the project management tools used by the project managers. The PERT chart is used in analyzing the tasks and activities involved in completing project on time. This is one of the project management tools. This is a decomposition of project deliverables needed to complete a project. The work breakdown structures breaks deliverables into small tasks that can be easily managed by the project managers. On the other hand, t acts as a project planning tool.
