Kenya is a peaceful nation and it is most honored countries in Africa and the world at large. The fact that Kenya is a peaceful country does not mean that we should not take caution against the violence, wars or conflicts among the tribes living in Kenya.
Over a decade, Kenya has experienced ethnic clashes which has resulted to loss of lives, rape, property and displacement of persons in the name of politics.
To prevent all this wars/violence we should do the following as a nation:

1. Do a way with divisive politics and choose a leader with qualities not even tracing the tribe he/she comes from.

2. Lets embrace our culture as Kenyans not as a tribe, this can be achieve through intermarriage, intercultural practices and even dispersing to every part of the country i.e we should try to dilute the tribal culture and make Kenya a tribe of its own.

3. Love one another has you love your brother regardless of its tribe.

4. Lets learn to speak the national language especially when we are in public domain, get to learn different languages of the communities living in Kenya.

5. If possible different ethnic groups should not be living together in a given area, we should make our areas to be metropolitan. 6. Learn to share the resources together as a nation, thanks to Kenya for Kenyans it had no tribe nor ethnic group. Such programmes should help us understand that we are all one tribe called Kenyan. Its now you and me to ensure that we live as a Kenyan tribe and not as a Luo, Kikuyu or a Kalenjin etc.

I even wonder when a person tries to fight his/her neighbor whom they have been schooling, going to same church, doing business, sharing problems together in the name of

tribe, its really shameful and should not happen in this country anymore.
