Children are very vulnerable beings.This is attributed to them not being able to take responsibility for their actions especially issues of their health.A good parent should ensure their child does atleast any of the following for the sake of their wellbeing.

A)Play.
This was never a problem with past generations.The trends of the current generation however have made it a sort of chore.Unless you want to raise obese individuals,outdoor games are a must for physical and mental wellness.

B)Healthy eating.
The clichè still works:an apple a day keeps the doctor away.Make sure your child eats well.Keep off junk food and sugars.Make a tradition of stocking fruits and vegetables.Prepare the fruits and vegetables in appealing ways.For instance cut fruits into beautiful shapes to make them exciting to the young ones.This will keep them healthy and strong.

C)Make them sleep.
By force if need be,that is how vital this element is.Children can easily slip into fatigue and later depression if they do not rest their overly active bodies.Make it eight hours to ensure they have really relaxed.

D)Regular health check ups.
Whether it is a simple rash or a complex internal problem,make sure their doctor is up to date with the facts.Small issues like teeth growing among others without your knowledge are those that cause more losses.Children can also not sufficiently express what is wrong with them.

E)Communicate.
This is probably among the best therapies you can give to your offspring.Answer their thousands of questions,listen to them and share.The result will be a young confident individual ready to take on the world!
