got its own misfortunes.
Loneliness affects the normal functioning of ones genes. This makes the immune system to respond negatively hence causing inflammation. Other genes that relate to the immune system are also suppressed. What this means, generally, is that loneliness changes the entire functioning of one’s immune system making them vulnerable to a number of diseases.
All these effects of loneliness wrapped together, lead to early aging. Stress, lack of sleep, alcoholism, drug abuse, and high blood pressure among others will make one age early than their normal years. This early aging may even lead to early death.
In conclusion, vegetarians should desist from this habit of isolating themselves because they are so dangerous to their health. Besides, it is possible for them to quit this habit of isolation. They should understand all the harmful effects that they will experience when they subject themselves to isolation. This should at least help them conclude that no man is an island.
There are many more vegetarians on earth; it is not just one person. So it is possible for vegetarians to form quality relationships amongst themselves. This will help them share common attitudes and interests.
Vegetarians should always learn to expect the best, having said these. They will experience minimal degree of isolation, and this is when they will realize that no man is an island. They will see that they are as equally valuable as anyone else in the community and of course lead a healthy life – free from isolation.
