Using cartons to make egg trays.

Waste packaging materials, cartons, can be used to make egg trays among other items.
You can make:

*egg trays
*dust bin containers
*fruits basket
*storage containers.

In this resource, I will embark on creating egg trays. You need the following items:

>plastic non perforated egg trays, 1 for each tray you want to make.
>a big bucket with a lid
>a stirring stick
>corrosive, dilute chemical
>water. Pure and hot.
>a mild base, eg ash
>wood glue

Take your waste cartons and tear them into small pieces. Put water and the corrosive chemical in the bucket. Add the cartons and stir thoroughly to form a paste fluid. Add the base to neutralize the now unwanted corrosive effect of the acid. Cover the bucket and pour out excess water only to remain with a thick solution of dissolved cartons.

Take the thick content and uniformly spread it on one of the plastic egg tray. Once you fully cover the plastic egg tray, place the other egg tray on top and press hard until you see water trying to squeeze out of the tray. Remove the top tray and add uniformly apply a thin coat of wood glue. Dry under the sun.

When dry, sprinkle water and dry again.

Note: do not touch, press or expose to dirt!!
