2.Exercises such as push-ups,pull-ups,lunges and squats will guarantee you a great physique at no extra cost if you just learn how to perform them the right way.Your body is the best piece of fitness equipment at your disposal.The huge bulk of your fitness program should be built upon simple body weight exercises which you can take anywhere with you.

3.The fittest and most disciplined individuals I know stay in shape by concentrating on activities they enjoy.Your ability to make working out fun and interesting will have a direct impact on your fitness success.Results come from simple things done consistently and diligently over a period of time.
