Poor strategies or underdeveloped planning is a major factor that leads to employees being relaxed in and if doing anything, then at a slower pace. Today when you go to some offices, you will be perplexed at how relaxed the employees are when serving the clients. Just what is the problem with such offices or organizations? The answer is poor planning that leads to wrong posting or recruitment, lack of general focus, and loss of objectives or goals aimed to be achieved. Each and every employee should be tuned in thinking about the goals and objectives which are to be achieved after some particular period of time. Next time when you visit an office, find out whether such things happen.Too much time spent in chatting on personal matters especially in the office and at a time when clients or customers are waiting to be served.Too much interruption during delivery of service by fellow employees.Long group discussions, groups or committees discussing nothing of importance in regard to the organization. Non-productive groups or discussions.Leaders and managers lack decision making skills.Lateness and absence from work without proper reasons.Work is not properly delegated or rather is disorganized.These are some signs that an organization is not serious and the set goals and objectives may not be achieved when such matters are not addressed in a proper manner.
