Managing a business in Kenya can be one tricky affair but once you get the tips and advises necessary it can be the best feeling possible and become a major success.This venture needs a lot of dedication from you as the owner.some of the steps I do believe can make your business flourish are:1. First,Identifying the name to be used,your trademark and your design.but before you do all that you will have to find a conducive environment for your business,this will include proximity to roads(to help minimize transport cost),strategic location(to help you get most customers).2. Secondly,know the product or goods to sell,these should be goods which you have that idea that they will be sold fast and their market should be readily available.4. Thirdly,try to get all the relevant important documents required for you to start a business. This will make the business legal and you will never worry when the city council officers come checking.5. Lastly, cooperate with others in order to get tips and more ideas to better your business,for instance the small SACCO's,cooperatives,friends and other resourceful persons. All the above,your determination,prayers and desire to succeed will surely make you manage a successful business.
