Tourism in Kenya has become widespread with a huge flow of both local and domestic tourists.The main destinations end up commonly to be the forested regions or the coastal strip.
Focusing our attention on the coast,life here is expensive although poverty levels are still high.Tourism has acted as a major boost to the economy of the coast province with problems such as unemployment being reduced.The main attractions at the Kenyan coast are:
1.major marine parks i.e Malindi marine park
2.Historical sites e.g fort Jesus
3.The famous Indian ocean
4.Sunlit sand beaches
5.Pretty coastal ladies esp from the Mijikenda tribe
6.Fabulous five star hotels
